Terms and Conditions of Sale

When purchasing items from our online shop, please consider the following:

Although we do try our hardest to represent the work reliably through the images on this site, please be aware that the colours may not be completely accurate at all times, and will vary depending upon the computer screen they are viewed on.

Any product descriptions have been given as accurately as possible and dimensions given are approximates.

Paintings are finished in a variety of styles (some framed, some unframed as wall hangings etc.). Please check the description with each individual item to ensure you know which type of finish you are purchasing.


We cannot be held responsible if an item sells in the gallery and on the online shop simultaneously. If this instance does occur, the customer who purchases an artwork in the gallery will take priority. In the unlikely event of this occurring, we will contact the online customer to notify them of this, and will arrange any refund.

We make every attempt to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however discrepancies may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods already ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and ask that you reconfirm your order at the correct price, whilst also giving you the option to cancel it. If we are unsuccessful in contacting you we will consider the order cancelled. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

International Shipping

At this moment in time, it is not possible to ship overseas with our existing courier. If you are an international buyer, please get in touch before purchasing and we will be happy to come up with a custom shipping option for you.


By ordering a product online you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.


Your undertakings and warranties

You warrant that the information given in your order is complete and accurate.

Acknowledgement of Order


When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirmation. It will state what the products are on order and post & package charges, together with delivery and invoice details. If for any reason your order cannot be processed, the gallery will contact you to explain the nature of the difficulty.


Damaged goods or incorrect deliveries

If an item has been damaged during transit, a claim will be made with the relevant courier against the insurance paid for when shipping the work. Please check all items upon delivery, and report any damage to us immediately. Contact us for more information by email at or by phone on +44 (0)7816 608610.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to delivery, we will refund the cost of the items.

Any items that need to be returned must be authorised in advance by us. We need to be notified of any returns or exchanges within 7 days following receipt of the item, and the item must be returned within 14 days in pristine condition.  We will only refund the postage & packaging costs of returned goods if they were faulty or damaged on delivery. We will also not be responsible for outgoing postage should you wish to exchange one item for another. 

If a refund is required, we will issue this using the same payment details that were used to purchase the items. We aim to process all returns within 1-2 weeks but the refund could take up to an additional 10 working days to show in your account.
