While Shepherds Watched their Flocks by Night...

...their sheep sang lots of songs,

And wearing felt socks

To protect their locks

They jollied the mood along

Their woolly coats were felted three layers thick

Those fibres carefully hand picked.

And with a prod and a poke from my needle stick I made some boots to fit...

But I have been doing a fair bit of prodding and poking with my felting needle this month. My woolly wares (scarves, hats, felt diaries, felt soap, cushions, etc) were unveiled to one and all at last week's Late Night Shopping event in Shaftesbury. I've now got to get things ready for Shaftesbury's Christmas Festival on Sunday 17th Dec....
